The One Where I Paid $45 for Bubsy

… but I got a great deal on the rest! A mere $2 each for complete-in-box DS games is a steal. I couldn’t turn down a Jaguar game in the wild though, even if it’s Bubsy.

Coleco No

Ignoring my lack of a Colecovision console, the price on those Colecovision games was too good to pass on. Actually, the price on the whole stack wasn’t bad: $10 for everything, thanks to sizable trade-in credit.

Sealed Up

Minor local game store pick up. $12 for the stack. Prince of Persia was only $4 sealed. At that price, why not?

Hand Holding

A multi day, multi place find. The epic handhelds came from a garage sale. $15 for the whole lot, which was a steal.

Thrift… Score

If you believe thrift stores are a pointless exercise these days, I leave you with this sage advice: “You never know.” Whole stack? Just under $30. Every game is flawless and complete (AC even has the memory card). Thanks Salvation Army.

Impulse Buying 101

Two for $5? I’ll take one of each. Local video store clearance let me snag a bunch of games I’ve wanted for a while.

Sun Faded Score

Local video store had a B2G1 free sale on 360 games and DS games were $2 each, so despite some awful sun fading on the cases, picking up some favorites was worth it for $14 total.

Vita’d

First grab in a while, this one from GameStop’s 4 for $20 sale. Cleaning up some holes in the Vita collection with this run.

Black (Long Box) Friday

A $40 Black Friday haul. Everything was 25% off at a local store. 

Bundling

After a trade-in, this lot came to $40 at a local game store. Decided to start buying last gen games in collections/bundles to save on space. It’s not much, but replacing God of War and Infamous with those collections makes room for two additional shelf spots.
