A $40 Black Friday haul. Everything was 25% off at a local store.
After a trade-in, this lot came to $40 at a local game store. Decided to start buying last gen games in collections/bundles to save on space. It’s not much, but replacing God of War and Infamous with those collections makes room for two additional shelf spots.
$6 at a flea market. Not the best but Ace Combat can be erased from my want list. Been meaning to replay it for a while.
Also, what’s a key ingredient to a great flea market? Expired beef jerky and sausage shoved into a cabinet with Axe deodorant. Such things can get no better.
Local game store reopened after being closed for some time. They offered B1G2 free as a thank you, leading to this $20 haul.
Been a while since I made a GameStop run and my Rewards card was due. Excluding the renewal, seven games for $15 is a deal I’ll take every day.
The EIGHTH (!) retro game store in the city has opened, offering this haul. Prices were fair – $30 for the lot – but fell back on eBay pricing for most. Robocop vs. Terminator is one I can finally scratch from my want list.
A double store find between a local shop and Destiny Games in Michigan. With movie trade-ins and a leftover gift card, this entire haul only ran me $24.50. Ridge Racer Unbounded had eluded me for some time. It must be somewhat uncommon. And, any day with a CD-i score is a good day.
An oddity today from a local Goodwill. Not Call of Duty 2, rather the Atari Retro, which is a collection of seven 2600 games meant for the mid-2000s era of PDAs. It’s still sealed too. Not worth much of anything, but it’s an interesting novelty, worth $3 regardless.
GameStop currently has a 4/$10 sale on a plethora of select PS3 and Xbox 360 games. It runs through November 15th. It’s remarkable how quick the previous generation has slumped in demand. Excitebots was a bonus buy, but for $1.79, it was a fair splurge.
B2G1 free sale at a local grocery. Can’t go wrong with Mega Man. The Boom Blox were from a video store. $34 for all.
