Turn the Channel

My first ever find for the Fairchild Channel F, and while a controller isn’t as exciting as the console or games, it’s a step forward. And a measly quarter for Onimusha Tactics? Sure, toss that in top random flea market vendor.

Foolsball

A rare CD-i find in the wild for $2. Rarer still to find a CD-i game at a flea market in Fremont, Ohio.

Combative

$6 at a flea market. Not the best but Ace Combat can be erased from my want list. Been meaning to replay it for a while.

Also, what’s a key ingredient to a great flea market? Expired beef jerky and sausage shoved into a cabinet with Axe deodorant. Such things can get no better.

Now You’re Playing With Power (Pad)

Half off thrifting day and rummage sale day. Mostly resale items except for the Xbox games. Not pictured is a 3D Avatar Blu-ray and a slew of character twin bed sheets. Bed sheets? Yes.

If you want something else to hunt while you’re thrifting, scour the bedding. ’80s era bed sheets/sleeping bags can command a decent return. Real Ghostbusters, Batman, Ninja Turtles… Etc. As long as condition is great, they can sell.

Linking Up

Well isn’t this a weird one to find buried between stuffed animals at Goodwill? At $2, you can’t say no to a Japanese import plush Link.

Change of Scenery

Changing up the view a little for this small $11 find at a local game store. The Genesis NBA Live ’98 can be scratched from the wish list, although the SNES version remains.
